I have been going to the gym for 3 months now and I have decided to start following an appropriate diet to get a lean and muscular physique. I am looking for some ideas and inspiration for what to eat that would give me some good quality protein and carbs. If you are someone who is into fitness and bodybuilding then post pictures of you meals here.

lean bodybuilding meal

This is what I have come up with so far. Yes I know, not very creative but it is certainly a nice lean bodybuilding meal.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillets
  • Vegetables
  • Rice
  • Lemon juice

bodybuilding breakfast meal

This is my breakfast meal for bodybuilding. I got really tired of eating boiled eggs so I scrambled them instead. Also had some oat and honey breakfast biscuits for carbs but can probably do with more carbs in the morning. Will replace the biscuits with the oatmeal, did not have any oats at home. Also some cranberry and green tea.

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs,
  • Tuna
  • Milk
  • Coconut oil
